Day 1 of the Ice

We are already bored....not a good sign. It started in with the freezing rain around noon and hasn't stopped. "They" say it won't stop until tomorrow night and it will be nasty...already is pretty nasty out. So in just one short day we have already played computer games, played regular games, watched tv, played chase and "the corner game," danced, read LOTS, made crafts, colored, practiced our letters, put stickers in our sticker books, showered and bathed, done laundry, and cleaned some. We also attacked daddy for about an hour and all ganged up on him. So we are officially bored now. Even Charli said so. So looks like we are in for a long next day or two. Its really not so fun to be stuck in the house with two preschoolers. I already had round one of that with the pneumonia a week and a half ago. I also really just want to sit around and eat when we are "iced in." Almost can't resist making yummy treats and eating all day. Wish us luck and hopefully the ice will melt soon. We may just be braving it just to hang out at walmart if we get too stir crazy. :)
