Well its day three with the icey conditions at home. Yesterday Charli got to get out and play in it during Chloe's nap. She LOVES the ice and snow (like all kids) and loves especially to eat it. So we let her. 
This ice storm reminds me of the big one last year when we lived in Edmond. It was a really bad one, with roof and ceiling damage and power outages....so glad this one came and went with no real trouble. We have even "gotten out" yesterday and today to the store, to the gym, and to play around. We did have a real catastrophe today tho. Charli's ballet/tap/gymnastics class was cancelled this afternoon and she is devastated. So, to help her get over her grief we are heading out to chuck e cheese sometime today. That always makes things better. Looking forward to some melting today and tomorrow so life can get back to normal!!

The gym offers make up classes, so you can take Charli to her class on a different day this week. I'm taking Carter to his class today, since it was also cancelled. Just thought you (& Charli!) might want to know!
